I am a mother of four, a new grandmother, a therapist, life, and business coach with over 12 years' experience helping hundreds of senior executives in the Paris region. In the past, I was also an artist and painter, a parenting coach, and a piano teacher.

✤ How long does the workshop run for?

My workshops tend to run for approximatively 90 minutes, however on some occasions they may run a little bit longer than this, as I ensure I provide all the information you need.

✤ I'm really busy and am not sure I can spare a full hour to watch the workshop....

I have you covered! I know it can be difficult to make time for these things, so the workshop is available to view in shortened snippets: this way you still get all of the content, but delivered in short, digestible videos instead of one long one.


Also, know that the videos are available in mp3 audio so that you can download them and listen to them in your everyday activities just like a podcast.

✤ How long can I access the workshop for?

When you purchase one of my workshops you have a full 12 months of access, so you can watch and re-watch them at your leisure any time within the year!

✤ May I get a refund if I don't like the workshop?

I fully believe in my workshops and programs and the value they can bring to my client's lives, so if you are already familiar with me on social media, I do not anticipate you be unhappy!
